How Long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Order processing will take approximately 1-2 business days. Delivery time from leaving from our premises is dependant on the Courier Opiton upon checkout (1-5 working days). 

What happens if i have a Pre-Order Item in my order?

Items that have been added with a Pre-Order Item into your cart and paid for, will only be sent once the Pre-Order item arrives. The ETA on Pre-Order items are displayed amongst the description underneath the item. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We utilise local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method/collect during checkout. From PUDO to PostNET and The Courier Guy

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You can read through our Refund Policy or email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Is there a minimum order qty (MOQ) on items?

No, we do not require a Minimim Order Quanity on items in stock, however should we do a Customized job involving cutting items, an MOQ may apply. 

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Currently, our pricing is the lowest on offerings, as all our pricing includes VAT, however please feel free to have a further discussion based on your specific requirements, to see iff we are able to offer a discount. 

Do you offer Customized Prints or Jobs?

Yes we do offer Customized Printing on Diamond Art products, and cutting of Acrylic blanks. Feel free to get in touch with us on size, colour, shape etc for us to quote accordingly,
