Get your PUDO On!
For those wanting to utilize the fantastic world of PUDO, it is now as easy as 1,2,3.
TRS have loaded this option onto their Delivery section, at no cost, as the cost lies with the customer. Starting from only R 60, parcels can be picked up from TRS's DOOR to a LOCKER near you.
Here is how it works.
1. Go to www,pudo.co.za
2. Create a profile and Login.
3. Book your parcel. Here is how.....
Start a new booking and Select Door to Locker
Place our details into the Collection Address. Click Next
Select the locker you wish to send it to. Once you click on the yellow tag on the map, it will say "Select" .Click this and the locker details will be automatically filled in for you. Click Next
Select the locker size. Please Note: You may be penalized from PUDO, should you select the incorrect locker size. You will be given dimensions of your parcel by TRS before you can book a locker. The biggest box size we carry is a 60x40x10CM box. Should your parcel be bigger than this, you will be notified accordingly.
If you are unable to select the locker size, you will have to go load funds, and then start the whole process again and then continue once you reach this point. Click Next
On the next page, it will have the locker you selected with a Recipient details section. This is for your details as the client. Click Next
On the last page, it will give the details for TRS and the recipient of the booking. There is a block at the bottom that confirms you have read the T's and C's.
Once you click next, a blue screen will pop up, with a small red block that states "Print Details". Click on this and share this information with TRS via their WhatsApp line. This information gets attached to your parcel.
Please remember, once the parcel is collected and deposited, you will be notified and have up to 3 days to collect your parcel, with a pin sent to the cellphone number provided. Go to the locker, tap the screen, select "Pick Up' and place the pin into the block and press Enter. A Box will open with your goodies inside.
After the pin has expired, the parcel will be taken back to the nearest kiosk or Courier Guy hub. Additional charges may have to paid in order to have it released. (At PUDO's discretion)
